2. Go on a night snorkel with Homer's Snorkel and Dive (www.nightsnorkel.com). You can see what fascinating creatures are in the sea while the rest of your group watches your "glow" from the deck.
3. Shop till you drop. Downtown Charlotte Amalie hosts hundereds of boutiques and jewelry stores. It is one of hte best shopping destinations in the Caribbean partially for the absence of a sales tax. Yacht Haven Grande (www.yachthavengrande.com) hosts the newest, hottest shopping on island. Plus it's always fun to check ou the luxury yachst that dock at this popular destination.
4. Spend a day lounging on world famous Magen's Bay Beach. This nearly mile long white sand beach is located just a bay over from your villa. You can kayak or drive to this glorious destination. The beach hosts lifeguards, a bar, a snack shop and many tourists (when the ships are in).
5. Day trip to the island of St. John (www.nps.gov/viis/) . The smallest of the Virgins Islands, St. John boats 2/3 National Park including some of the best beaches in the world. The white sand and gently lapping waves will quickly convince you this is truly America's Paradise. While on St. John, venture to the far side of the island and explore Coral Bay. This fonkey little town may have more goats and donkeys than people, but it is worth the visit. Grab lunch at Skinny Legs, Shipwreck or Coccoloba for a mouth watering off the beaten track burger or fish special. Shop at Coccoloba and bring back gifts to your friends and family from Big Fish (www.stjbigfish.com)
6. Enjoy a fabulous meal (or seven) at St. Thomas' eclectic restaurant options. There are a few great restaurants on the north side of hte island and many located in town including The Northside Bistro, Thirteen, Room with a View, Epernay, Hook Line and Sinker, Craig and Sally's, or the house favorite, Oceana (www.oceana.vi).
7. Explore Coral World (www.coralworldvi.com). St. Thomas' version of Sea World is a fun adventure for kids and adults alike. You can swim with the Sea Lions, have a shark encounter, pet a sea turtle or just watch it all from the underwater observatory.
8. Dive a wreck or Dive a reef. THere are many great dives all around St.Thomas. Homer, whose shop is located in Hull Bay can show you around the North Side. Or join Blue Water Divers (www.blueislanddivers.com) and explore the many wrecks located off of St. Thomas shores. If you are not a diver and want to tag along to snorkel they can often accommodate.
9. Go to another Country: The British Virgin Islands are just a stones throw away...that is if you have a boat. Many great tours exist including those on Limnos, Pirates Penny and Do it in Style Charters (www.doitinstylecharters.com). If you are an experienced boatie you can also rent your own boat for the day from Nauti Nymph or Sea and Ski or hire one of hte islands many experienced captains to take you wherever your heart desires. We recommend that you call Russell (a.k.a. "The Dude") for iconic boat and captain - 340.344.3257

11. Have you ever wanted to reel in a big fish and then head home to grill it up? Berry's Charters (www.berrycharters.com) will take you to the "drop", 11 miles off the coast to try your hand as grabbing the big one. You can also rent a surfboard, kayak, boogie board and snorkel gear.
12. Whatch one of the most spectacular sunsets in the Caribbean from your back porch. Though Hull Bay is unique in that you can see fishermen, surfers, paddle boarders, and snorkelers all day, they all stop to watch the miraculous show in the sky at night. Villa Tryst is perfectly situated to get amazing sunsets year round. Watch closely and you may just get to see the "green flash"
